mats<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-116321a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"116321a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Their unrivalled capabilities as high-performance heat exchangers mean, that the use of capillary tube mats can reduce by up to 50% the extractor surface on the site compared to traditional single tube surface collectors. Two types of geothermal collectors are manufactured:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Classic horizontal collector, located below freezing point, in the structure of the site ground, with 50% higher efficiency than classic collectors with large diameter pipes,<\/li>\n<li>vertical cylindrical collector, consisting of a capillary mat protected by a perforated casing.\n<p>The cheapest green energy is capillary geothermal energy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The positioning of the horizontal collectors on the site must be chosen in such a way as to ensure an area of 16 m\u00b2 for a horizontal geothermal energy collector. The total area of horizontal collectors required for a given project will be calculated by our designers during the preparation of the thermal installation project.<\/p>\n<p>The installation of geothermal collectors will be carried out by specialised companies. The minimum depth for positioning is 1.2 m below the level of the landscaped area. The area of land underneath the horizontal collectors will no longer be used for construction in order to ensure optimal regeneration of the related geothermal energy.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-584a8cb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"584a8cb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3f1c61 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f3f1c61\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Landscaping can be done with plants, which have small roots.<\/p>\n<p>Vertical cylindrical collectors are placed in groundwater in soils with high groundwater table. This is a special solution, designed exclusively for land with high and permanent moisture. Energy efficiency is high, thanks to the heat exchange between two wet environments: groundwater and water in the collector circuits. The installation depth is a maximum of 4 metres below the level of the landscaped area.<\/p>\n<p>For both types of geothermal energy collectors, special distributors\/collectors with shut-off and adjustment devices will be sized. For geothermal energy through capillaries, each capillary circuit, collecting geothermal energy, will be hydraulically connected to the distributor\/collector by means of thin-walled polypropylene pipes.<\/p>\n<p>After pressure and tightness tests have been carried out, in the case of capillary mats of horizontal collectors, the tested and tight capillary mat shall be covered with a 10 cm thick layer of fine sand, after which it can be finely filled and compacted in layers.<\/p>\n<p>For cylindrical manifolds, after hydraulic connection and pressure test, the cylinders can be inserted into the water layer and fixed to the ballast concrete.
